3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons instant coffee powder
32 marshmallows
2 egg yolks*
2 cups whipping cream
Candy coffee beans or Chocolate Leaves to garnish

Over medium heat, combine milk and coffee powder in 3-quart saucepan. Stir to dissolve. Add marshmallows; heat until marshmallows are melted, stirring constantly. Beat yolks until pale yellow. Add a few tablespoons marshmallow mixture to yolks; stir. Add to marshmallow mixture in pan; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into 3-quart bowl. Refrigerate until thickened but not set. Whip cream and fold 1 cup cream into marshmallow mixture. Pour into prepared crust. Chill until firm. Use remaining whipped cream for garnish.
