Caesar Salad with Bagel Croutons This recipe came from the friend of a friend in Florida (you know how that goes...) and I think she said it came from Cooking Light magazine. That wouldn't surprise me at all...they have some surprisingly delicious light recipes. This has become my favorite "light" Caesar..4 cups cubed bagels
(about 2 bagels) Preheat oven to 300
degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and put the bagel cubes on the sheet.
Bake about 15 minutes, or until croutons are toasted. Set them aside.
