Mary Anne's Special Fried Rice
1 tablespoon oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/4 cup sliced green onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
One 10-ounce package tiny green peas
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry Sherry
1 1/2 cups cooked diced ham,
chicken, turkey, pork, beef,
or seafood of your choice
Heat 1 tablespoon oil to 350 degrees F. in wok or electric skillet.
