Peanut Butter Banana Bread

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup (packed) light brown sugar
2 large eggs
3 large ripe bananas mashed (1 1/2 cups) with 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
In a bowl whisk together flour, soda and salt.
In another bowl with electric mixer beat butter, peanut butter and both
sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in bananas and vanilla. Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan and bake in middle of oven 1 hour 10 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Cool bread in pan on a rack 10 minutes and invert onto a rack to cool completely.
