1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups corn flakes, crushed coarse

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl stir together flour, soda, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl with electric mixer cream together butter
and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and gradually stir in flour mixture until combined well. Stir in coconut, oats and corn flakes. Drop rounded teaspoons of dough about 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake in batches in middle of oven until browned lightly, 10 to 12 minutes.
