Megan's Yummy Rum Cake

Grease Bundt cake pan generously with butter and sprinkle

1 cup chopped pecans

around bottom of pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In large bowl with electric mixer combine:

1 package Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
a 3-ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup dark rum

Mix well. Add

4 eggs, one at a time, beating well
after each addition.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 1 hour.

In a saucepan combine:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup dark rum

Boil mixture 3 to 4 minutes. Pour sauce over the warm cake while it
is still in the cake pan, allowing it to soak in. Cool cake in pan before
removing. Believe you me, It will knock your socks off! But please
don't take my word for it...
